[OpenLayers-Dev] Code Sprint: Context

Mapbuilder has history tools.
When you get to implementing this, could you please touch base with the 
Mapbuilder developers and code. If done right it should make it easier 
for Mapbuilder to integrate with the Openlayers functionality.
