[OpenLayers-Dev] Integrating Openlayers KML into Mapbuilder

A quick heads up on what we are doing at Lisasoft.

Roald has started adding KML support to Mapbuilder by accessing the 
OpenLayers KML layer as part of our OWS5 work.
If we have extra budget, he will look to see if there is extra KML 
functionality in Openlayers that needs attention.
