[OpenLayers-Dev] vector layer does not draw at lower resoluti ons.

I did try as you have suggested, but without any luck.
If you move the zoom bar to the lowest level and try to draw vector it does
not draw rather it would be on zoom level 2 bar higher.

Use this map.addLayers([layer,vlayer]); instead of
map.addLayer(layer,vlayer);

with your code only one layer will added to the map.
