[OpenLayers-Dev] Problem with Firefox on Navtoolbar

Hi Chris,
FF is about the same , probably 1 or 2 px more left for UP and DOWN 
arrows. LEFT is not working yet.
Opera now works fine and IE7 too.

I don't know if this might be useful for you but  if I use the 
navtoolbar-outsidemap.html all works fine.
