[OpenLayers-Dev] Release 2.6?

Dear dev,

It has been nearly a full week now since we released 2.6 RC2, and
since then, we have gotten no showstopping bug or regression reports.

I hereby call for a vote to make the final release, OpenLayers 2.6

I *believe* that there are maybe a few changes to documentation that
we will want to bring up into the patch, though I may be incorrect
about that. Either way, let's get a show of hands...
