[OpenLayers-Dev] Call for votes: Bookmark Control

OK. This has been sitting for a few days now, plenty of votes in
support and no one in
contra, so I have gone ahead and made the /addins/bookmark directory.

Hpbrantley, you can now go ahead and set up the directory as you please.

You can see at http://trac.openlayers.org/wiki/Addins#Policies a
suggestion for how
we would recommend setting up the structure... but if you don't like
that, you can do
it however you wish.

The Addins concept is new to everyone, so if you have questions please
don't hesitate
to ask or email to dev with your questions.

As soon as you have things set up to your liking, please send an announcement
email to the Users and Dev list so we can all take a look. (If you
don't want to do this
I can do it for you).

Above all, Congratulations! The community likes bookmark. Hopefully you will
take care to maintain it as it evolves over the course of the
OpenLayers project!
