[OpenLayers-Dev] examples feed

Hey-

For folks interested in contributing to the OpenLayers examples, I put 
up some brief guidelines.

As mentioned there, our examples are parsed to create an examples feed. 
  This becomes the sitemap that googlebot crawls to index our examples - 
following the suggestions on the above wiki page will make our examples 
easier to locate.
