[OpenLayers-Dev] Patch for supporting mapguide tiled maps exposed via http

I have uploaded a patch to trac for adding support for mapguide tile
maps which are
served directly by http.

This allows for bypassing the mapguide server entirely and using a
webserver which
scales better and can utilise http caching.
