[OpenLayers-Dev] Resize & Rotate Feature

[Brian Levy]

When resizing and rotating a feature, would it be possible to anchor from
the center of the polygon?  Currently the anchor point is on the first
vertex.  Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated!
