[OpenLayers-Dev] Can I use flash(swf) in openlayers ?

I want to use a vary small swf file to stress some points.
Can I use swf in openlayers?
 
Maybe I can create some OpenLayers.Popup,then set their's contentHTML.
Is there any other method?
