[OpenLayers-Dev] I Can Haz RC1?

(Sorry for the lolspeak: it's that whole 2am thing.)

Erik and I have just done a 4 hour hack session and gotten the remaining
tickets in OpenLayers 2.6 resolved. At this point in time, there is no
outstanding issue recorded in trac as a regression against 2.5, nor are
there any issues which we have stated we would address in 2.6 left open.

Therefore, at this time, I am asking for a vote on a 2.6 RC1.

I am +1 on branching the current trunk to 2.6, and releasing that as an
RC1 as soon as possible, and then advertising far and wide for testing,
especially of popup-related usage.

If anyone has any major complaints, now is the time to bring them up.

I am +1 on branching trunk and releasing RC1.
