[OpenLayers-Dev] openlayers problem in IE6

Sorry about that I should have read your email a bit closer, I made an
assumption and well it made something out of me :-) I'm afraid I haven't
toyed too much with events triggered by vector layers so somebody else will
have to help you out with this one.
