[OpenLayers-Dev] popupopen and popupclose Map Events

I noticed today that it doesn't look like the popupopen or popupclose
events are ever triggered for a map.  I created a simple map and put
it up here: http://www.chrisstreeter.com/devel/example.html where the
map references the hosted 2.7-rc2 code.  Clicking on the marker opens
a popup, though no event is ever triggered.  I'm not sure if this is a
bug in the code or the documentation.

Should I make a ticket for it?
