[OpenLayers-Dev] Using GMAPS and own datasets

Good evening,
I'm trying to use GMaps as base layers together with some vector data 
with ED1950 Zone 33N projection,
using MapSever as WMS generator. The final product is that between the 
base layer (google satellite) and my own data there is a shift of 
several meters between the two layers.
For Google I've used the epsg 900913 from the tutorial that I've found 
on the wiki, and for my data I've made a map file with the PROJECTION 
element epsg:900913 and the
layer projection epsg:23033.
Is there something that I'm missing?
