[OpenLayers-Dev] Problem displaying red box/outline when working with zoomBox functionality

Good Day all

 

I am working on adding the zoomBox functionality into my map. The
functionality for zooming a specified area works fine, but the red box/
outline does not display. Can someone point me in the right direction?
