[OpenLayers-Dev] RC on Monday

Hi,

In order to facilitate a 2.10 release before FOSS4G, as previously discussed,
I will be preparing an RC1 release on Monday morning. This release will include 
everything in trunk at that time, and any remaining tickets not taken at that
point will be bumped to a 2.11 milestone.

PSC members, please voice your approval or disapproval as necessary.
