[OpenLayers-Dev] French translation of doc.openlayers.org

Hi list,

I have just finalized last release of the french translation of the 
doc.openlayers.org.

I already opened a ticket for this: http://trac.openlayers.org/ticket/2278

The correct file is the one upload by elmoine (I had no access to trac at this 
moment).

I subscribed to "Commits" list so I am aware update of the doc file and will 
update the french translation each time using this ticket (providing patch 
file).
