you can put it there or, even better, use an OpenLayers proxy host. There
are python, cgi, & jsp versions of the proxy. proxy.jsp & proxy.cgi are both
available from the OpenLayers svn repository.
There are also .net versions of this (ESRI has one available for download.
lookup arcgis js proxyhost. you would need to edit it to look for and accept
the url parameter)
