[OpenLayers-Dev] DOM manipulation adapters

Hi devs,

for the OL 3.0 refactor the util class should get refactored. Much of
this functionality is already available in the common JS libs. To make
it easier to find out which lib contains what functionality you can have
a look at the test for Taskpeed [1].
