[OpenLayers-Dev] OpenLayers.Popup.FramedCloud rendering problem

Hi, 
I've noticed that with the OL 2.10 release the OpenLayers.Popup.FramedCloud
has a rendering problem that doesn't show correctly the "cloud". 
Anyone else has this little problem?
