[OpenLayers-Dev] Assigning property of layer switcher to another div....

Dear Users,
   I need to assign all the properties of layer switcher into a separate DIV
that I have created.
At present I have a separate div and a layer switcher.Now I want when ever I
add a layer,the layer must go into the newly created div instead of the
layer switcher.
Please help.
