[OpenLayers-Dev] layer on top

Hi,
How to move an overlay(GML) layer on top of display. Here is my problem in
detail.
1. I added a GML layer to OL and it displays correctly
2. Added a Google map layer after adding gml layer.
3. GML layer is disappeared from the map. but GML layer is in the
layerswitcher. I tried toggling layer visibility but not working

Any one please help me. If you need further details i will provide you.
