Hi Roald

 Thanks for your email.

  Hope you  have seen that ticket open in 6 months back and tried different
ways to fix the issues (with geowebcache initially). Recently only found
that issue in Openlayers. It would be easy for reviewer to read from ticket
to understand exact cause. That is the reason i did not tried to repeat in
email.

 If this fix can included to next release of 2.11, i am happy wait till.
