[OpenLayers-Dev] Crosssite scripting and BBOX Strategy

Hi all,

I really love the idea of loading layers from foreign sites via JSONP 
and using the BBox Strategy for it. Therefore I've spent my time on some 
open problem, tickets. I'd like to see those in OpenLayers 2.11. Please 
review those tickets.

Here's a list of those, as they are kind of related:

#2956 (needs #3032 to have the same features as HTTP Protocol)
