[OpenLayers-Dev] Hover & Popup Example

You could turn your findings into an example, attach it as patch to a ticket that you create, and then we can add it to the examples collection. See http://trac.osgeo.org/openlayers/wiki/HowToContribute.

That's how OpenSource works.
