[OpenLayers-Dev] OpenLayers 2.11 Feature List/release notes

Hey all,

I've gone ahead and edited the release notes at 
http://trac.osgeo.org/openlayers/wiki/Release/2.11/Notes to include
everything I can find mentioned in our blog posts which made it 
into 2.11; thanks to whoever was able to get a solid start on this. 
Is there anything obvious that I missed that we should add in?
