Some further notes on this. Renderer.SVG.getShortString returns blank 
(invalid point in range) for 1:5,000,000 but true (and a valid string) 
for other resolutions. FeatureDx is switching from 40075016 and 0 over 
this zoom range. Very suspiciously, its around the zoom that changes 
from 180 dateline in view to 180 dateling out of view.
