[OpenLayers-Dev] Opera has a problem with SVG

Hi,

The top vector layer increases when pressing "mousedown" holding down
control key. 

Once this has happened the layer is displayed incorrectly: the features are
increased and its location is moved. So the layer is useless and the user
must reload the map. 

As a consequence with Opera is not possible to use "keyMask:
OpenLayers.Handler.MOD_CTRL" in the handlers if the map contains vector
layers.

Try Opera & mousedown+CTRL using:
http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/select-feature.html

(This problem is reported by some users, I just do echo)
