[OpenLayers-Dev] Popup over PanZoomBar

Hi all,
i'd like to do that:

1-push the button;
2-display a Popup in the top-left corner of the map

I can do it but the popup is displayed behind the panzoombar.
How i can show popup over the panzoombar?
