Hi all,
OpenLayers moved to github from svn a while back, but as of today we have made our Trac instance read-only. This means that you cannot create new tickets (or update existing ones) anymore.
We encourage people that care about a ticket, to open up a new ticket in our github issue tracker [1]. Please provide a URL to the Trac ticket in the github issue whenever this makes sense.
Also, please read over the following updated Wiki pages to find out how to create tickets (or patches) in the new github environment:
http://trac.osgeo.org/openlayers/wiki/FilingTickets
http://trac.osgeo.org/openlayers/wiki/CreatingPatches
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
TIA for your cooperation.

Best regards,
Bart (on behalf of the OpenLayers development team).
