[OpenLayers-Dev] Get resulting bounding box from TouchNavigation

The easiest to achieve this is to register for the map's zoomend event:

    function notice() {
        var bounds = map.getExtent();
        /* your existing notice code here */
    }
    map.events.register("zoomend", this, notice);
