[OpenLayers-Dev] FW: error when using openlayers in IE9

Hi, I'm using the open layers version 1.2 and I get the following error on IE 9
Error during map rendering: TypeError: Unable to get value of the property 'transform': object is null or undefined

In Firefox and Chrome the maps work fine.  Has anyone else come across this issue and know how it can be fixed? Thanks
