 When using WFS GetFeature with a custom outputFormat, the protocol has to
 be configured with the correct formatOptions and readFormat. For common
 formats, this can be simplified.

 This ticket proposes to make outputFormat a config option of the protocol.
 If this is set to GML3, GML2 or JSON, the protocol will set the
 appropriate readFormat if it is not provided.
