 Add the attached file to trunk. Allows viewing of tile caches as per the
 GeoWebCache tile naming scheme (great when you can't have a GeoServer
 live, but can have the replicated cache storage somewhere else).

 A GWC layer is very similar to a TMS layer. A bit of documentation is
 included in the file comments.
