 Quick comments:

  * we'll also need to update the Click, Drag and Point handlers to remove
 the "unregister mouse listeners" code from the touchstart callback
  * I'd like to see a manual test showing the problem that doesn't use
 !OpenLayers at all
  * I feel that we should not commit this for 2.11
