Comment:

 Duh, looks like I was oblivious to the fact that options is, well,
 optional.

 The new patch includes a modified test_options() (in
 tests/Protocol/HTTP.html) function; the last assertion ("[options.params]
 first filter should not be in opt2") fails without the patch applied. Note
 that I had to increase the delay from 1 to 2 seconds for some calls to
 delay_call(), otherwise the test would randomly fail on my system (even
 with the unmodified unit test and HTTP.js).
