 [attachment:openlayers-3430.2.patch] does not touch the contents of the
 Google tile. Previously the image width and height was set to 100%. This
 was done to make tiles scaleable by percentage based positioning (#3061),
 but after playing with this a lot my impression is that tiles load faster
 when the image dimensions are set in pixels. So I decided to remove this
 sequence, and only set the percentage dimensions in getBackBuffer so we
 can scale the backBuffer tile.
