 Image [attachment:Popup-Sizes-1.png Popup-Sizes-1.png] shows the
 differences in sizes in the popups. From left to right: IE9, IE8 and
 Safari.

 See also in the image the strange behavior of {{{Popup.AnchoredBubble}}}
 using IE8! (see second map obtained using IE8)
