Comment:

 This ticket proposes two options (there are only differences in CSS):
  * attachment:3372-A1.patch: grabbing cursor is only shown using FF as in
 2.10
  * attachment:3372-B1.patch: grabbing cursor is shown using most browsers
 (tested in FF, Chrome and Safari. Requires:
 attachment:cursor_grabbing.cur)

 The main change is in CSS so no tests are added.
