Comment:

 This bug is very old. The {{{Handler.RegularPolygon}}} was born with the
 seed of this problem.

 Inheritance is applied incorrectly, used {{{Handler.prototype}}} instead
 of {{{Handler.Drag.prototype}}} in {{{initialize}}} constructor and
 {{{activate}}} method.
