 Thanks for bringing this up.  The attached patch makes all the keys for
 the localizable strings that are displayed in the UI components be the
 same as the equivalent English dictionary values.  If a dictionary is not
 found, the key is used - so this would be equivalent to having a full
 build that only included the English dictionary.
