 Draw Feature seems broken in IE7 if the map is inside a div with
 position:relative and has a margin.   Features seem to be drawn far away
 from where the mouse is pointing; often completely off the map if the
 surrounding div had a large margin.

 example with the addition of one surrounding div.


 Works on firefox, chrome, safari;   when I try to draw a feature with ie7,
 it shows up about 50 pixels away from where it should.
