 The patch looks good, and I've tested it on android 2.1 with success.

 The tests pass on FF3 and Chrome6, but I've noticed that the tests don't
 fail under Chrome6 when the patch is not applied. This is because
 {{{OpenLayers.Util.pagePosition(this.element);}}} does not return position
 0,0 as in FF3. I don't know what is the expected result though.
