 Googling for e.g. "map center site:openlayers.org" brought me to
 http://dev.openlayers.org/docs/files/OpenLayers/Map-js.html which still
 refers to the map.center property, which is broken as of the last release.
 There is no warning that this property might be private or going away and
 that map.getCenter() should be used. This just cost me about an hour to
 track down and fix. To avoid wasting more peoples time it would be good if
 documentation actually matched to code.
