 {{{center}}} isn't an API property, application code shouldn't rely on it.
 What you're looking at is the development API doc. Use
 http://dev.openlayers.org/releases/OpenLayers-2.11/doc/apidocs/files/OpenLayers
 /Map-js.html instead.
