 I'd like to submit a patch that fixes this, but I find this section of the
 OpenLayers code really confusing. You have to wait until the feature is
 added back to the control's layer to select it again, but it's hard to
 figure out how I could get an event for this that happens only when we're
 adding a hole.  Can anyone advise me on the right approach?
