 zoomToExtent() with a new set of bounds, then resizing the container and
 calling updateSize(), all in close succession.  This behavior does not

 Further details:
 Using 2.11 release, OpenLayers.Layer.Google("Google"), and GMaps API v3.6.
 Issue can be reproduced in FF10, IE9, and Safari (latest), but not in
 Chrome (latest).
