 The patch has been collecting dust in the past months. It works with 2.11
 though! 2.12 is about to be released soon, so I'll get it ready to work
 with that version and hope to get it available as a pull request on
 github.

 Don't expect to get it in 2.12 though. I'm still waiting for some IE
 wizard to step up to fix the font problem.
