[OpenLayers-Users] windows, build qgis from source

Hi,

I want to give 'building from source' on windows a try, as described 
here: http://wiki.qgis.org/qgiswiki/BuildingFromSource

In the paragraph about msys, there is a dead link for a starting 
environment: http://qgis.org/uploadfiles/msys/msys.tar.gz

Is the link wrong, or did the archive move?

Or is the BuildingFromSource-page an old page (looks nice and clean 
though), not to be used anymore?
