[OpenLayers-Users] southeast asia administrative boundaries

Qgis with the GRASS-plugin is able to import .e00 format.

I have noticed that the OpenLayers WMS shows administrative units in 
southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia and Malaysia.  Can someone 
clue me into where that data can be found?  The UN offers such data [1] 
but it is in .e00 format and I am struggling with how to convert it. 
Any guidance at all would be appreciated.
